Everything is perfect.

It is a nicely renovated property located in Old Town district really close to the city centre which is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The location is amazing and fantastic, in the old town. They serve fab food, have variety of options to choose from.

Had a fantastic stay in our visit to Mallorca. Super friendly staff and the location was marvellous. Stopped by Lluis Perez Pastisser to get some coffee and treats, it's metres from the venue, recommend.

Our vacation at Summum Prime Boutique was a sweet memory. The building's history and friendly staff made it truly special. The location was central, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions. The staff went above and beyond in providing excellent service and fulfilling our requests. The private plunge pool on the roof was a great bonus. The rooms were comfortable, and the private terrace added to our relaxation. The staff's warmth and assistance made our stay the best luxury hotel experience we've had. Highly recommend!

The location was magnificent and stunning, adjacent to all the shops and restaurants, Mallorca, and the city centre which is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Most of the staffs were extremely helpful. The room was perfectly clean with the most sumptuous bed ever, the bed was comfy.

It had very central location close to el Tub. The staff were all absolutely courteous and really helpful.

This hotel met expectations, we totally recommend to all. We stayed here for 4 nights, the property was exceptional and clean, with excellent and stunning location in the old town of Palma...

All in all everything was perfect, had a just perfect stay for a short weekend. Its location was magnificent, in the old town of Palma. Moreover, it's really close to all main streets as well as the Centre of OldTown Palma.

Stunning and beautiful position, I loved staying in this place.

My room included cable channels, ironing facilities and a writing desk. Overall the staff was attentive and absolutely courteous.

We loved impeccably clean and luxurious rooms and great food.

We were in a magnificent location not too far from Palma Cathedral. The hotel was in a great area.

The location was good, very close to Palma city centre with easy access to shopping centres and all the major shops.

Had 1 night in Palma de Mallorca, spent our time here lovely. The staff members were all very very helpful, the rooms were immaculately clean and luxurious with bottled water and the most sumptuous bed plus decorated. Its location a super close walk to La Rambla was stunning and beautiful.

I had a fantastic stay in this boutique hotel in Palma. The hotel is super stylish and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Christina at the front desk is amazing. The location is perfect, right in the center of Palma, close to main shops and transportation. The rooms are beautifully decorated and cleaned regularly. The hotel facilities are impressive, including a spa and rooftop jacuzzi pool. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

b In general: /b Items of personal and significant economic value disappeared from our room but no evidence whether it was lost by accident, like taken out by mistake with the laundry or deliberately taken by someone. Regardless of this, it was absolutely astonishing to find out that the level of arrogance of the manager of this hotel has reached such a point that he simply does not give a f..ck, doing absolutely nothing to offer any kind of support to clarify the situation. For the first hours and until we made clear that our alternative was to call the police, he refused to meet with us. Then when he finally arrived, we had to support all that arrogance, listening to that he is the Director of the Hotel and cannot spend time on “these type of things”. This person should definitively not have a license to manage a hotel or any other type of establishment that requires competence to deal with people and clients. br/
